five residential units exist on the nearly 7,000 square meters Resort property. Of these residential units will be four to rent, lease or purchase, of which three already present in the long term (1-year lease) are rented. The fifth unit (two homes) are inhabited and are not currently for rent, lease, or available for purchase. A sixth unit can be built on the resort property, a realization is not mandatory and not currently planned. Other units can be built on the eastern neighboring property, a close connection to the resort is possible.

The four existing and to rent / lease / buy provided for residential units called Plumeria Home (consisting of Plumeria Bungalow and Khilek Pavilion), Dillenia Home (consisting of Dillenia bungalow and Chom Doi Pavilion) Lodge, Saeng Chan Tai pavilion, and lychee. They are described in detail in the following sections.

The bungalows in concrete and brick construction are built in a modern, simple "Lanna" style. retained for the two-storey pavilions resting on pillars in wood elements of the traditional Lanna-style were. Characteristic of the traditional North-Thai or Lanna-style is the roof structure, as shown in the photos.

The living areas of the bungalows are relatively small. One should remember that traditionally used in Thailand during the day outside the four walls is, below the rest house on stilts. The shady garden, the terrace, the covered porch thus getting a "living space" here is very important. However, these areas included not in the actual living space.

The two-story pavilions have all the upper floor a bedroom with double bed. This room is especially designed for guests, or for nurses if they temporarily or permanently reside in the immediate neighborhood and will be present. The bungalows, however, are planned for seniors and can be set accordingly.

Each unit is shown with its own special character. To ensure peace and privacy, they are far apart in distance. The private patio and garden area is from flowering trees, shrubs and potted plants outside shielded.
