The Moonlight Pavilion is suitable only for a single person (without walking disability). Care can be done by a person who lives outside.

The name for the pavilion (สา ลา ไต้ แสงจันทร์ Tai Saeng Chan pavilion, moon pavilion) was chosen because of consider him particularly well in the pond reflecting the moon.


LOCATION: ground floor level slightly above the water level of the adjacent large pond, overlooking the pond in an easterly direction. From the top floor (bedroom) overlooking pond and landscape, and to the mountains to the east and west.
LIVING AREA: 19 sqm Internal area, external area (covered but not screened) 21 square meters, plus usable garden area about 10 square meters.
BUILDING: A detached Basement bungalow concrete / brick, topped by a pavilion constructed in wood on stilts, connected to an external wooden staircase. Separate bath-house of brick, built into the outside staircase, plus separate building for washing machine. Built 2007-2008. The bungalow has full daylight basement, floors made of tiles, the bungalow with front porch and pier. On the ground floor level is the bathroom, and on the flat roof of the bungalow with an elevated porch railing. The top floor of the pavilion includes a bedroom, surrounded by a veranda with panoramic views. The roof of the pavilion in the central part (Bedroom) with foil insulated against heat and has openings for air circulation.
ROOMS: The basement bungalow includes a living room with small kitchen (with fridge, double-plate electric stove, microwave), the top floor of the pavilion, one bedroom (with wall-fan). The bathroom is with hot shower (gas), sink and toilet in the western style.
FURNITURE: The main furniture is a double bed with mattress, table, chairs. The living room contains a small built-in safe.
GARDEN: The usable garden extends around the buildings, However, in the rear garden area intersected by a path.
HOUSE INFRASTRUCTURE: electricity, a gas cylinder (15 kg), water (potable) water reserve tank (1,200 liters) and pump, telephone cable-laying (in the living room), High-Speed Internet (WLAN).
