Plumeria Home is ideal for one to two seniors. Care can be done by a person who resides permanently or temporarily in the pavilion.
The name of the bungalow refers to the Plumeria (Apocynaceae), an ornamental tree with fragrant flowers that were planted from which different varieties. Plumeria is also under the name Frangipani and pagoda tree known in Thai as ลั่นทม (Lanthom).
The name refers to the pavilion by the Thai name garrettiana Cassia (Leguminosae), a native wild wood, which grows near the pavilion. The Thai name of this tree is ต้น ขี้เหล็ก (sound Khilek).
LOCATION: located at an elevated level, next to the Atlantic Ocean, overlooking the entire north pond, and with views to the east.
SURFACE: Internal area 88 square meters, external area (covered but not screened) 44 square meters, plus usable garden area about 100 square meters.
BUILDING: A detached bungalow of brick, plus a separate pavilion next door in wood on stilts, built in 2006-2007. Size concrete; walls of the bungalow of brick and concrete blocks, the bedroom (air conditioning) with double wall for extra insulation. Floors are tile / stone, the floor of the bedroom made of wood planks (Redwood). The roofs of bungalows and pavilions are in film insulated against heat and have top openings for air circulation. Width outside wooden staircase (handrail on only one side, therefore only partly suitable for children and the disabled!).
ROOMS: The bungalow has 1 bedroom (with air conditioning plus ceiling fan), 1 en-suite residential bathroom with hot shower (electric), washbasin and Thai toilet, 1 separate toilet room with sink and toilet in the Western style, 1 - dining room (with ceiling fan), 1 kitchen (with fridge, gas and electric stove, microwave) and a pantry, a separate chamber with Thai-washing machine (Automatic). The pavilion includes an upstairs bedroom (with ceiling fan, sink and urinal), 1 and covered with gauze surrounded residential porch (with ceiling fan, refrigerator).
FURNITURE: The main furniture is three beds (two single beds in the cottage, one double bed in the pavilion), with mattresses, also dining table, chairs, armchairs. Some furniture (eg desk) can be optionally additional to, or they can be removed. The bedroom contains a built-in wardrobe and a built-in safe.
GARDEN: the private usable garden lies between the bungalow and pavilion. The garden is terraced down to the large pond and has both shady and sunny areas to relax. Predominant native vegetation Phoenix palms, high Khilek native trees, fragrant Plumeri, and, among the selected herbaceous plants, ferns and irises. Beautiful views of the pond from the shaded terrace and gazebo, as well as from the countryside to the eastern mountains from the sunny terrace.
HOUSE INFRASTRUCTURE: electricity, gas bottle (15 kg), water (potable) water reserve tank (2,000 liters) and pump, telephone connection with telephone cable installation in 2 rooms, High-Speed Internet (WLAN).
EQUIPMENT: Upon request: Linen, towels, full kitchen facilities, iron and ironing board, radio, hi-fi system, VCR, TV, supply of bottled drinking water (in bottles and cans). Change the furniture with restriction.
AVAILABILITY: may by rent for 1-3 years after the waiting period (because the time rented); always possible lease / purchase for up to 30 years with a renewal option.
