This rustic chalet is best suited for 1 person. The cultivation of a bathroom and a small Thai cooking is planned. Also suitable for mobility problems.
The name of this chalet is referring to Lychee, Litchi chinensis (Sapindaceae, Soapberry family), grown from the two copies next to the chalet. The Thai name of this tree is ลิ้นจี่ (Linchi).
LOCATION: On riverside of the big pond.
SURFACE: internal living space plus 26 sqm terrace.
BUILDING: A chalet in brick construction, built in 2005. Windows open for air circulation, lockable with shutters, floors made of stone. Windows and doors are protected with mosquito-gauze.
ROOMS: a bedroom / living room (fan), covered porch. The cultivation of a bathroom (with hot shower, sink, toilet, washing machine) is planned.
FURNITURE: The main furniture is a double bed with mattress, table, desk, chairs, shelves.
GARDEN: The chalet is located in the natural garden. The small private garden adjacent to the porch.
HOUSE INFRASTRUCTURE: electricity, tap water (drinkable) water reserve tank and Pump. High-Speed Internet (WLAN).
EQUIPMENT: Upon request: Linen, towels, refrigerator, kitchen equipment, iron and ironing board, radio, hi-fi system, TV, supply of bottled drinking water (in bottles and cans).
AVAILABILITY: through rent for 1-3 years lease for 3-5 years, may lease / purchase for up to 30 years with a renewal option.
NOTE: It is envisaged that the proposed expansion of lychee Lodge, especially the cultivation of a bathroom, as far as possible with the new (possibly vote handicapped) people to meet their wishes.
