Dillenia Home is ideal for one to two seniors. Care can be done by a person who resides permanently or temporarily in the pavilion.
The name refers to the bungalow Dillenia (Dilleniaceae), a local wild woods with conspicuous yellow flowers, which grow from several trees on the bank. Thai name of this tree is ส้า น (San).
The name of the pavilion (สา ลา ชม ดอย Chom Doi Pavilion, Mountain View Pavilion) was chosen because out of him particularly well the mountain range to the east and Doi Suthep and Doi Pui can be seen in the West.
LOCATION: located at two different levels, right on the big pond, with views across the pond towards south, overlooking the rear garden towards the north, and from the pavilion, overlooking the mountains to the east and West.
LIVING AREA: 48 sqm Internal area, external area (covered but not screened) 51 square meters, plus usable garden area about 100 square meters.
BUILDING: A detached bungalow, next door, plus a separate pavilion from wood on stilts, built in 2007-2008. Size concrete; walls of the bungalow of brick and concrete blocks, the bedroom (air conditioning) with double wall for extra insulation. Floors are made of tiles / stone. The roofs of bungalows and pavilions are insulated with foil to heat, the pavilion has openings for air circulation.

FURNITURE: The main furniture is two double beds (one double bed in the bungalow and in the pavilion), with mattresses, also table, chairs, armchairs, sofa. The bedroom contains a built-in wardrobe and a built-in safe.
GARDEN: The private usable garden lies between the bungalow and pavilion. The terrace is bordered by the Atlantic Ocean and offers sunny and shady areas to relax. Beautiful views of bungalow and garden to the pond and onto the rear garden, and from the pavilion on the mountain.
